How large are the classes?
Core classes are limited to 4 students. Occasionally, a makeup student may join if there is available space within the same teaching week, but regular class sizes are kept small to ensure guided support and accountability.
Is homework included?
Yes. Students receive weekly homework based on the lesson topic.
How is progress checked?
Students complete topic-based tests to check understanding and track progress throughout the program.
What if a student misses class?
Parents should inform Ascentra Prep before class. Where available, the student may attend another class timing within the same teaching week. Makeup classes depend on availability.
How does payment work?
Payment is completed before onboarding. Stripe is the main payment method, with PayPal as backup.
What happens after payment?
After payment, parents receive the onboarding form and class confirmation details.
